We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible clothing items. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid order ID or invoice must be provided.

Returns are not accepted for innerwear, accessories, or items marked as final sale. To initiate a return, please log in to your account and visit the ‘My Orders’ section or contact our support team.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be credited within 7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Please note:

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
